Meet our 2023 PGA WORKS Fellow, Mollie Mars! Mollie is originally from Henderson, Nevada where she found her passion for sports as she played competitive sports growing up. Mollie graduated with her undergraduate degree in May of 2021 with a B.S. in Management and a B.S. Marketing. With her parents originally being from the Western New York area, Mollie decided to apply for graduate school programs out East where she attended Niagara University earning a masters degree in Sports Management. While being in Western New York, Mollie has had the opportunity to work with both First Tee – Western New York and the Buffalo Bills. Through these opportunities and her Graduate Assistant role with Niagara’s Residence Life Department Mollie has acquired both hard and soft skills while gaining first hand experiences that will aid in leading her team to success. Mollie is excited to work for the WNY PGA and grow her love for golf! Mollie will join our trailblazing female led section staff of Tori Schiro (Executive Director), Ashley Easterday (Director of Competitions and Membership Services), and Julie Haile (Director of Junior Golf and Player Engagement).
