Our Section is excited about the growth of our PGA HOPE Programs, not only Veteran participation but also additional Section Member involvement. So far this year, we have served over 140 Veterans at our seven sessions and are expected to serve over 220 Veterans throughout 2024. To help with the continued growth of PGA HOPE, we hosted a PGA HOPE training session on May 9th. Thank you to Jay Sutherland, PGA, at Country Club of Buffalo for your willingness to host the training. After the training, nine more PGA Professionals and PGA Associates are now adaptively trained to work with Veterans with physical, emotional, and mental disabilities during the instructional program. As a Section, we are excited about our growth and positive momentum toward giving back to our Veterans.
