Matt Stasiak, Teaching Professional at Battistoni Golf Center, won the WNYPGA OMEGA Tour Championship in a playoff at The Kahkwa Club in Erie, PA. Stasiak shot 72-75-147 to tie Kirk Stauffer, PGA Director of Golf at Chautauqua Golf Club (74-73-147). Stasiak won on the first playoff Hole, #18, for the win. Third place went to Michael Mancari, Wild Wood Country Club, with 78-71-149.
Stauffer’s second place finish sent him to the season championship of the OMEGA WNYPGA Player of the Year & OMEGA WNYPGA Senior Player of the Year honors.
