John Mittiga, 17 year old amateur from Geneva Country Club, won the Overall WNYPGA Western New York Open at Stafford Country Club with a 4 under par 68. John will be entering his Senior year at Geneva High School and carries a +0.4 handicap. John is the second amateur to win the WNY Open.
Pat Damore, PGA Professional from Lakewood Golf Center, won the Professional Division by winning the first playoff hole against Matt Stasiak from Battistoni Golf Center. Damore and Stasiak fired 2 under par 70s.
David Wedzik, PGA Professional from Golf Evolution, won the Senior Professional Division by winning the 3rd playoff hole against Rod Blair from The Park Country Club. Wedzik and Blair shot even par 72s.
Lauren Tallman, PGA Professional from Ravenwood Golf Club, won the Woman Professional Division with 77.
