Dwayne Randall, PGA Head Professional at Bartlett Country Club in Olean, NY won the Blaisdell Open with a 6 under par 66 at The Pennhills Club.
George Duke, Chairman of the Board at Zippo Manufacturing, reinstated the event that his grandfather, George Blaisdell conducted for many years in the 60’s and 70’s.
